وصف الخدمة
OpsBrain هو تطبيق للأعمال والتسويق يساعد في إدارة المحادثات والعملاء المحتملين وعلاقات العملاء والحملات الإعلانية، مع أدوات مدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي.
الاستخدام المقبول
تلتزم باستخدام الخدمة بشكل نظامي ومشروع، وعدم إساءة استخدامها أو محاولة الإضرار بها أو بالمستخدمين الآخرين أو انتهاك أي نظام معمول به.
عدم الإزعاج والموافقة التسويقية
تتعهد بعدم إرسال رسائل غير مرغوب فيها (Spam)، وبالحصول على موافقة صريحة من المستلمين قبل مراسلتهم، واحترام طلبات إلغاء الاشتراك (مثل الرد بكلمة STOP). أنت المسؤول عن التزام رسائلك بالأنظمة المعمول بها.
إخلاء المسؤولية عن مخرجات الذكاء الاصطناعي
قد تكون مخرجات الذكاء الاصطناعي غير دقيقة أو غير مكتملة. لا نضمن دقة أو ملاءمة هذه المخرجات، وتقع عليك مسؤولية مراجعتها قبل الاعتماد عليها أو نشرها.
حدود المسؤولية
تُقدَّم الخدمة "كما هي" دون ضمانات. وفي حدود ما يسمح به النظام، لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعية ناتجة عن استخدام الخدمة.
النظام الحاكم

AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. We make no guarantee as to the accuracy or suitability of such outputs, and you are responsible for reviewing them before relying on or publishing them.
Limitation of Liability
